Jack Pearce
Workshop Manager

Andrew (Jack) is a qualified Boiler Maker, Welder, Fitter and holds Certificates in “Confined Space Works”, Working at Heights”, “Vessel Entry”, and “Elevated Welding Platforms Works”.

He began his career as an apprentice Boiler Maker with the Australian Defence Force, going on to work in construction for Roche Mining and then taking a position as Manager of Kruger Engineering, Hamilton Branch for four years.

Andrew has been with Dipping Dynamics for five years.

Kevin (Toby) Clutterbuck
Dip Operator – Victoria

Toby grew up and worked on his family farm at Victoria Valley in the Grampians, running sheep and cattle, and cropping.He then worked as a contractor for a number of years in the construction of farm sheds, shearing sheds and stock yards as well as in rural and town fencing.Toby also worked in timber milling and cutting firewood.

He has an extensive knowledge and much experience in agriculture and farming, which includes a thorough understanding of sheep management.

Toby has been working with Dipping Dynamics for four years.

Neil Eastough
Dip Operator – Western Australia

Neil grew up on a farm in the northern wheat belt of Western Australia where his family ran a large sheep enterprise, and he developed an extensive knowledge of sheep and sheep management.

Neil has been working with sheep all his life and has been a mulesing contractor for the last 25 years and has been with Dipping Dynamics for five years.

Geoff Thomas
Dip Operator – South Australia

Geoff Thomas works with Dipping Dynamics in South Australia, based at Clare and servicing the surrounding regions, including Kangaroo Island.

For several years Geoff spent up to four months annually working as a wool presser in the Broken Hill area. For the past four years, he has worked for a pharmaceutical company.

Prior to this, Geoff worked on his family’s farming properties for 18 years.

Geoff has extensive knowledge of sheep farming and, as a life-long local in the region, is well placed to offer excellent advice and service to farmers experiencing lice problems.

Geoff has been with Dipping Dynamics for two years.

Richard Pretlove
Dip Operator

Richard grew up in Edenhope and has always worked in the region as a shearer, truck driver, farm hand and butcher.

Richard has four year’s experience in mobile sheep dipping with another local company and has a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the sheep lice problem farmers face and how to successfully combat it.

Kerry Martin
Business Manager
(AssDip Business Management, Cert 4 Workplace Leadership & Management)

Kerry has over 20 years’ experience in Business Management, including Finance and HR Management, marketing and development. She has worked in both the private and public sectors with Education, Human Services & Social Justice, the legal profession, and with a local health service.

Karen Winfield
BAS Agent and Bookkeeper

Karen is a registered BAS Agent, with over 15 years experience as a bookkeeper. Throughout these years, Karen has supported 30 clients (businesses) through significant developments, including expansions, retirements and sales of businesses/properties.

She also currently holds the position of Finance Officer with the Hamilton Adult Education Centre.

Karen has been a member of the Dipping Dynamics team for 15 years and says, “I’ve watched this business grow and prosper over this time and am very proud to be a part of it.”
