Dipping Dynamics is owned and managed by Greg Richards who has over 35 years' experience in sheep dipping and animal health. The company employs both full time staff and contractors to meet the growing national demand for the service.

The newly designed flood dip has been specifically designed to:

  • Minimise stress on the sheep during dipping,
  • Ensure hygienic conditions and
  • Minimise exposure of the workers to the dip chemical.


Dipping Dynamics has conducted extensive worker exposure trials to demonstrate that the level of chemical exposure to the operator is minimal, therefore meeting government standards and associated compliancy requirements.

Greg Richards – Company Owner/Director

Greg Richard’s owns and manages Dipping Dynamics from his sheep grazing property located at the base of the Grampians in Cavendish, Victoria.


Greg has been managing and operating a mobile sheep dipping business for over 35 years. He has 21 years’ experience working as an animal health company representative for Coopers Animal Health (1979-1985); Young’s Animal Health (1985-1997) and Novartis Animal Health (1997-1999) before returning to the business full time.


Greg started Dipping Dynamics as he recognised that dipping sheep was the ‘gold standard’ for ensuring lice control and that there was a need for mobile sheep dips that could guarantee that all sheep are wet to skin level whilst putting though an average of up to 5000 sheep per day.


Greg’s energies over the past 13 years have been devoted to the expansion and ongoing development of the business, pursuing his passion for improving the health of Australian sheep and the viability of both the wool and sheep meat industries.

Dipping Dynamics (formerly known as Time Animal Health) has been operating for over 35 years, primarily throughout Victoria and South East South Australia and, in recent years, in Western Australia and New South Wales.
