Jack Pearce
Workshop Manager
Andrew (Jack) is a qualified Boiler Maker, Welder, Fitter and holds Certificates in “Confined Space Works”, Working at Heights”, “Vessel Entry”, and “Elevated Welding Platforms Works”.
He began his career as an apprentice Boiler Maker with the Australian Defence Force, going on to work in construction for Roche Mining and then taking a position as Manager of Kruger Engineering, Hamilton Branch for four years.
Andrew has been with Dipping Dynamics for twelve years.
Chris Young
Dip Operator – Victoria
Chris Young (Advanced Diploma in Farm Management, Bachelor of Accounting & Information Systems).
Chris has many years’ experience as an overseer and Farm Manager of both cattle and sheep studs in NSW and Victoria. He has a sound knowledge of the sheep industry in Western Victoria and a good knowledge of the challenges relating to sheep lice.

John Morgan
Dip Operator – Western Australia
John Morgan has been a Dipping Dynamics operator based at York, WA since 2017. He is an extremely experienced dipping and shearing contractor, having run his own very successful businesses in both fields for many years.
John has proven to be an excellent operator for the company and the business is rapidly expanding in his region, and further south.

Geoff Thomas
Dip Operator – South Australia
Geoff Thomas works with Dipping Dynamics in South Australia, based at Clare and servicing the surrounding regions, including Kangaroo Island.
For several years Geoff spent up to four months annually working as a wool presser in the Broken Hill area. For the past four years, he has worked for a pharmaceutical company.
Prior to this, Geoff worked on his family’s farming properties for 18 years.
Geoff has extensive knowledge of sheep farming and, as a life-long local in the region, is well placed to offer excellent advice and service to farmers experiencing lice problems.
Geoff has been with Dipping Dynamics for two years.

Kerry has over 20 years’ experience in Business Management, including Finance and HR Management, marketing and development. She has worked in both the private and public sectors with Education, Human Services & Social Justice, the legal profession, and with a local health service.
